Kirsten went over and above to guide us through a brand new process of purchasing our first rental property. We live out of state and she was a star at making us feel like we lived in the state, through zoom calls she made everything seem less. Even after we closed on the property she continues to be supportive, especially because we don’t know the area, she really has been such a dependable resource! She is professional, a great communicator, and absolutely trustworthy. On a scale from 1-10, she is a 20!
